The site was easy to browse overall, but it did feel a bit slow on my phone. The filters were useful, though it was annoying when they reset after I went back to a previous page. Checkout was simple once I got to it, so that part was fine. Not a bad experience, but it could definitely be smoother and a little less fiddly.

I’m really happy that frankie4 offers width options, because my feet are on the wider side and it’s usually such a struggle to find shoes that don’t hurt. I did wish there were a few more style choices in the wide fit, but these felt good straight away with no breaking-in needed. Overall, I’m really pleased with them and would definitely buy again.

Not gonna lie, waiting nearly two weeks for my order was frustrating. I expected it to arrive much sooner, so the delay was definitely annoying.

The packaging was really disappointing. It felt careless, and I was worried the item might be damaged before I even opened it. On top of that, having to go through verification over and over again made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be...

I’ve had a good experience shopping on frankie4.com. The site is easy to use, and they usually have a solid range of styles, so finding the shoes I liked wasn’t hard. That said, a few of the colours and sizes I wanted were sold out, which was a bit disappointing because I had to settle for my second choice. Overall though, I still think it’s worth shopping there, and I’m happy with what I ended up buying

Picked these up because my feet were killing me after work. They’ve definitely helped, and I’m not as sore by the end of the day. Took a bit to break in, so I’d give them 4 stars.

I really wanted to like this, but it just feels so plasticky and uncomfortable. Who wants to deal with that when you’re expecting something soft or easy to use? Definitely not for me.

I wore these to work for a full day and my feet were already hurting by lunchtime. I really expected them to be more comfortable for the price. They look nice, but I wouldnt pick them for long wear.

I got these FRANKiE4 Footwear shoes mostly for the arch support because my feet usually start aching after about 2 or 3 hours. They’re definitely better than regular flats, and I can wear them for a decent chunk of the day without too much pain. That said, after maybe 7 or 8 hours, my arches were still tired and the shoes felt a little stiff. They’re not bad at all, just not quite as comfortable as I expected for the price. I could see them working better for someone else

The return was really simple, like simple simple, and my refund came through quick too. No hassle at all

I bought a pair of FRANKIE4 sneakers because my old shoes were absolutely wrecking my feet. I’ll admit I was a bit nervous they’d be one of those overhyped, expensive shoes that sound great but don’t actually deliver. But I wore them all day at work and kind of forgot about my feet, which never happens for me. They were comfy from the first wear with no rubbing or weird tight spots. They’re definitely not cheap, but after how good my feet felt, I’m happy I took the chance. I’d buy them again

I was hoping these would work with my orthotics, but they kept slipping around inside the shoes and my feet started hurting quickly. Maybe they’re fine for regular inserts, but for custom orthotics they just didn’t feel secure enough for me.

I assumed my usual size would fit just fine, but it ran weird on me. Definitely didn’t feel true to size, so I’d be careful before ordering.
